K/#101PSM & K/#101PSB-DC is a kind of sealing equipment to prevent internal fluid leakage used for various valve bonnets in petrochemical industry, plant, power plant, etc. and there are problems for pure graphite mold type product such as treatment problem like careless treatment damage, damage by excessive buoyancy, etc. and leakage problem in high temperature and high pressure fluid transfer. Also, in the case of product manufactured by soft metal such as soft iron and aluminum, etc., mechanical strength is excellent but there are problems on weak compression and recovery characteristic, excessive processing time, possible valve damage in changing gasket, etc.

Our product compensates for such problems and guarantees excellent sealing performance in using it as well increases mechanical strength by applying thin iron plate like graphite together in compressing and molding it. Also, by applying metal cap on the top and the bottom, it increases surface pressure on the whole gasket and prevents gasket’s damage by blocking gasket’s direct contact with fluid.
