Hiflex Metal Gasket is made of Graphite, Metal O-Ring, Metal
Clad, and Spiral Wound Gasket( or Corrugated Metal),
which is the product to improve high temperature and high
pressure sealing performance through high body buoyancy
and recovery force even for spiral wound gasket size
We can manufacture all ranged sizes of ASME/ANSI B16.47 Series "A" & "B" as well as ASME/ANSI B16.5.
Also, we can manufacture products that can be applied for flange in JIS, DIN, etc. as well as products having diameter of 3,000mm and more. |

It can be applied for various flanges such as Raised face, Male-Female, Tong & Groove, etc. and we can manufacture it in oval type, square type, etc. Also, it can be applied for partition bar for heat exchanger |

1) Graphite |
It compensates for sealing surface’s damaged part between flange and gasket and also, improves sealing performance |
2) Metal Clad |
By uniformly manufacturing it by applying metal clad to Spiral Wound Gasket and Metal O-Ring that is gasket sealing part, we compensate for gasket filter’s corrosion phenomenon, guard ring’s damage and escape phenomenon, gasket filter’s escape phenomenon and also, suppress compression phenomenon when gasket is compressed. |
3) Metal O-Ring & Spring |
By replacing inner ring and outer ring used for existing spiral wound gasket, in compressing gasket, it improves recovery force by absorbing extension of internal and external direction. |
4) Spiral Wound Gasket |
In order to solve weak point of recovery force and compression resistance, it has newly designed W-type structure rather that existing V-type and maximizes sealing effect even under high pressure and high temperature condition and thickness declination condition. |

If you use metal O-ring as much as the width of guard ring used for spiral wound gasket, because we uniformly manufacture the part by converting to sealing surface and using metal clad for it, sealing width is wider than spiral wound gasket of the same size and because of the fact, recovery characteristic and sealing performance are improved and it can have enough elasticity under heavy load. |
