As for currently used non-asbestos sheet gasket, generally, it is distinguished by fiber and rubber(binder) used for manufacturing it.
Recently, nation or companies recommend using product not having asbestos, which replaces existing asbestos gasket.
The most general product is gasket consisting of aramid fiber and nitrile binder, which is harmless for human because it does not include asbestos and has excellent sealing performance as well. |
