Structure Characteristics

1) Top & bottom level

- Improves the performance of products under pressure and high temperatures by inserting an Inconel Wire Insert Graphite Braid

2) Middle level

- Is composed of several low density Graphite Mold Packings and used semi-permanently with one installation without any changes caused by vibrations during operation and hardening by heat. Uses less maintenance costs.

- Applies a certain angle (not SQ type) and ensures the sealing ability even with a small equipped torque.

- Provides an excellent sealing ability under high temperatures and high pressure by using an Inconel Wire Insert Graphite Braid.

- Prevents crushing, oxidization, graphite leakage

- Provides excellent stability in size

- Ensures excellent air-tightness by forming inclined planes with certain angles

- Less than or equal to 50 PPM of leakage after a 10,000 cycle test

- Low Tightening Torque, Low Handle Torque

- Prevents corrosion of the valve system (Corrosion Inhibitor)
