The K/#101 series are built in the form of molds using Graphite Sheets. They are required at the beginning of valve installation and maintenance. Notably the 101-C Type is installed by disjointing the Grand Flange of the Valve without disjointing the Valve.
In addition to this, we use a corrosion inhibitor of Graphite to prevent corrosion of the Valve Stem and Stuffing Box.

The products are manufactured not only by using pure Graphite and PTE but also by using woven Packing such as the Inconel Wire Insert Graphite Braid
